Sounds fun, then you can get your tickets here: https://jebeljais.ae/worlds-longest-zipline/
Ras Al Khaimah is known for its scenic beauty, and Dhayah Fort is the perfect spot to soak in the sunset views and all that the city has to offer. The fort was initially built in the 16th century and has stood the test of time, as it is the only hilltop fort still existing in the UAE. The top of the hill provides stunning views of the vast desert, sea and mountains.
If you’re interested in rock climbing, you must visit this beautiful wadi. It’s located two hours away from Dubai, close to Ras Al Khaimah’s coast, and is known for its steep cliffs and rocks.
Wadi Ghalilah has a low altitude and is close to water, so the humidity and heat make it rather difficult to trek. The most dangerous mountain in the wadi is 1.9km high and is called Stairway to Heaven. It requires a great level of experience and fitness, and takes about 9 hours to climb. The stunning views make the climb worth the effort though – bask in the glorious sunshine make sure to take some panorama shots! Make sure to carry your own snacks, as there’s nowhere to stock up mid-climb.
The “ghost town” of Ras Al Khaimah truly takes you back in time. It is an abandoned fishing village that is rumored to be haunted. It’s incredibly photogenic, so be sure to take your camera for some stunning pictures for your Instagram!
