See Dubai in a whole new lens!

Today, due to COVID-19, we are all confined to our homes. Since our healthcare and emergency workers are working tirelessly to curb its spread, we need to do our part by social distancing and help flatten the curve.

We know you miss spending time out in Dubai – shopping at the Dubai Mall, or sunbathing at Kite beach. Right now, you’re spending all day at home and probably trying to find new ways to pass the time. We’ve found an interesting way to explore Dubai while you’re waiting to get out again.

Check out dubai360.com, the world’s biggest and largest high-quality interactive city tour! This website features 360 virtual tours of popular places in Dubai, along with some interesting time-lapses. It also has some hidden gems with some spectacular viewpoints. We checked out each location, and here are our top places in Dubai, to view virtually.

Dubai’s icon, which at 829.8 meters, holds the record for the tallest building in the world, along with having the highest occupied floor, tallest service elevator and highest observation deck to name a few. This massive structure has been a symbol for Dubai for years and everyone who visits this emirate has to get a picture with the building in the background.

Now normally, as a visitor, you can go till the 148th-floor observation deck. But virtually, you can get a bird’s eye view of Dubai from the pinnacle of the building! That’s the highest point of the building and possibly the highest point in the world! From this virtual 360-degree viewpoint, you can see across Dubai, from the fountains below all the way to the Palm Island!

We especially recommend checking out the Unity of the UAE section, which showcases pictures and videos of the union of all seven emirates that took place in 1971 and the Military section which includes a vintage Land Rover and a state-of-the-art mine clearing vehicle.
